Terminal blocks
HARTING’s terminal blocks are versatile connectors designed for PCB assembly. Product developers have maximum design freedom at their disposal, due to different pin counts and pitches. Terminal blocks facilitate secure connections between PCBs and external wires for several use cases. These robust and precise connectors allow straightforward and reliable wiring in industrial applications. Whether for power distribution, signal transmission, or data communication, HARTING’s terminal blocks offer a wide selection of pin counts, mounting options, and connection possibilities. Rapid, tool-less termination technologies with push-in springcage and IDC offer time-saving assembly in the field, without special tools and with the smallest pitch.

Wire connections
Wire connectors offer a seamless solution for connecting wires to printed circuit boards (PCBs). These connectors are designed to simplify installation, reduce assembly time, and enhance reliability. With a pitch of 1.27 mm, the smallest PCB connector in the har-flexicon® product family is extremely miniaturized, making it unique in the field of field-installable single-wire connections. The push-in spring-cage and insulation displacement connection (IDC) technologies allow tool-less termination, saving time during assembly. Whether you’re working on industrial automation, mechanical engineering, or power engineering projects, HARTING’s wire connectors provide a perfect link between peripherals and PCBs.
Pluggable connections
Pluggable terminal blocks play a crucial role in connecting machine components at various levels of the manufacturing process. These connectors offer quick and reliable connections for peripherals to PCBs. The miniature SMD connector, known as har-flexicon®, allows for the rapid connection of single conductors. It’s reflow-soldering capable, providing clear cost advantages in production. The pluggable connectors find applications in industrial automation, measuring, control and regulation technology (MCR), mechanical engineering, power engineering, and transportation technology. Cage clamp termination technology offers easy and fast installation and an absolute reliable connection between wire and PCB.
