Lighting connectors
A smart building infrastructure not just needs to use intelligent Building Management Systems (BMS). It also needs to provide solutions to speed up installation and eliminate downtimes. Plug & Play lighting solutions can help to fulfill these requirements.
Lighting connectors, e. g. for industrial building infrastructures, vehicles or tower lights of wind turbines enable the quick installation and operation of different types of light sources. They are also offering the option of interrupting the connection between the power source and luminaire, for example for maintenance purposes or to replace and repair light sources.
Reduce your operating costs with pre-configured and tested cable assemblies for lighting systems
High quality through pre-assembled system cables
The smallest connector in the Han® portfolio is the Han® 1A. Although it is ideally suited for assembly "in the field" and to supply door drives and entry systems, lighting, headlights, loudspeakers and screens. On-site working conditions are often not ideal for processing them safely. Here HARTING has a product range with pre-assembled system cables for this.
Pre-assembled to customer specifications, with industrial grade PVC cable and tested in accordance with the high HARTING Quality Guidelines, all that is required of the user is "plug and play". The connection is therefore compact, fast and without the risk of wiring errors which can quickly occur during field assembly.
The power ranges of the 3+PE and 5+PE versions transmit a maximum of 16 A and 400 V. The shielded version is designed with 10 A and 400 V for particularly failure-prone areas. All system cables meet degree of protection IP65 when plugged in.
Han® 1A system cabling is used in heaters, fans, control terminals and industrial lighting, small motor drives, vibratory conveyors and conveyor belts, and connections inside electrical cabinets.
Overmolded variant for industrial environments
HARTING also offers overmolded Han® 1A power system cabling. These compact and robust system cables transmit power up to 16 A and 400 V of power. They provide IP67 protection when mated. The pre-assembled cabling solutions are tested under the highest quality standards so that they can be used immediately via "plug & play".
