In addition, we carry out through testing of all our cabling and wiring solutions using state-of-the-art equipment. This includes tensile and high voltage testing, which is carried out onsite by our highly-skilled team.

Another of our specialisms is the production of inter-car jumper cables for the transportation market. These are designed to run connections between train carriages, either via roof or underfloor systems, ensuring a reliable supply of data, signals and power. We supply and manufacture customised optical fibre solutions, from transmitter / receiver modules and connectors through to complete cabling assembly systems. These include fibre glass and Plastic Optical Fibre (POF), integrated hybrid cables and expanded beam assemblies, which allow the benefits of fibre connectivity in harsh working environments. Each fibre we produce is rigorously polished and tested to FOA standards to achieve the maximum possible data transfer rate.

HARTING Customised Solutions can offer you a custom kitting service for multiple product parts, which also come with assembly instructions and can include non-standard components. Based on your exact requirements, these kits have a single, customer-specific part number, which simplifies the reordering process.
