Locking systems are essential for secure and reliable connections in electronic applications. Whether it’s screw locking, toggle latches, push-pull mechanisms, or others, these designs prevent accidental disconnection. Choosing the right locking system depends on factors like environment, application, ease of use and ensures stability and safety.

Screw locking

Circular Screw locking

A screw-on circular connector enjoys numerous benefits over non-round connectors: the connection is compact and, with sealing rings and the right torque, can ensure a high degree of protection. In addition, the handling is self-explanatory and simple, but time-consuming.

PushPull locking mechanism

A contour is added to the device socket for the PushPull locking. The matching PushPull connector snaps into it. This enables a quick and tool-free mating of circular connectors, even in confined installation spaces. One click signals that a vibration- and shock-proof connection has been established. The PushPull locking mechanism is internationally standardised according to IEC 61076-2-010.
