Rugged D-Sub connectors for industrial applications

D-Sub-Title_0.jpg

HARTING's D-Sub connectors are compliant with DIN 41 652 and CECC 75 301-802 and are robust enough for industrial use. They are available in a wide range of types: standard, high density, waterproof to IP67 , surface mount for automatic mounting, filtered for improved EMC performance, and combination types combining signal and power. PCB mounting is done by wave soldering or surface mounting, and cable connections are done by crimping, solder cup or insulation displacement. In addition to screw locking, we also offer one-touch or slide locking for quick connection depending on the housing and accessories.

Standard D-Sub

  • 9, 15, 25, 37, 50 pin

  • Straight, angle, low-profile angle, etc.

  • Cut or stamped contact

  • Waterproof IP67 version also available for harsh environments

Surface mounting compatible

D-Sub SMT for surface mounting supports automatic mounting (pick and place) and allows reflow soldering. It is controlled with a maximum coplanarity (maximum gap between the board surface and the pin) of 0.1 mm, ensuring a reliable board connection.

High Density D-Sub

High density reduces installation space

  • 15 pins (standard 9 pin size)

  • 26 pins (standard 15 pin size)

  • 44 pins (standard 25 pin size)

  • 62 pins (standard 37 pin size)

  • 78 pins (standard 50 pin size)
