Its flexible housings allow for 360-degree rotation, and intuitive locking mechanisms prevent mix-ups with color-coded contacts systems—red for positive and black for negative.

The Han® S provides safe and secure plug-in connections for storage modules, meeting all technical requirements. Its finger safe male contact features an M8 screw contour for easy installation using socket spanner. The socket contact is crimped onto the cable and can be inserted and secured into sleeve housing without tools.
With the growing demand for lithium-ion storage, the Han S® connector simplifies and speeds up the assembly of battery storage modules. It meets and fulfills all UL requirements from UL 4128 standards for connectors in electrochemical battery system applications, UL 1973 for batteries in stationary energy storage systems applications mainly for industries supplying emergency power supply for vehicles and light rails and UL9540 for energy storage systems and accessories. The Han S® connector design includes finger-safe male contacts that are easy to install without tools, enhancing service and maintenance efficiency with maximum safety and reliability.
Each modular storage unit includes a battery management module (BMS) that connects to form a control train, allowing for seamless monitoring and management. The Han S® series is compliant with UL and railway standards, making it a robust choice for energy storage solutions.
