HARTING and the Taiwan Intelligent Manufacturing Conference
Starting from 2016, as the industry pioneer of the industries and recognising the importance of smart manufacturing, HARTING Taiwan initiated the Taiwan Intelligent Manufacturing Conference, a conference aims to provide the latest information, technology know-how and state-of-the-art Industry 4.0 solutions of intelligent automation, smart manufacturing and integrated assembly systems, etc. The participants of this event can learn the latest and advanced technologies of the whole production chain.
HARTING co-hosted the conference with 6 other reputed German industrial solutions providing companies including KUKA, igus, ifm, WITTENSTEIN, KTR and SCHUNK in the 2019 Intelligent Manufacturing Conference.
The scale grows bigger and bigger
It was first organised in Taichung, and later it’s been organised in Taipei and Kaohsiung since the scale is growing bigger and bigger and bigger venue is needed. In 2019, there are over 250 participants participated the conference.
In 2019, Mr. Yeh Kuang-shin, the Deputy Mayor of Kaohsiung was invited to give the opening speech and Mr. Kao Chen-yuan, the Deputy Director of the Economic Development Bureau of Kaohsiung City also presented at the event to show his support of the industrial development of Taiwan.
Taiwan Intelligent Manufacturing Conference 2020
In 2020, the Taiwan Intelligent Manufacturing Conference has been decided to postpone due to the outbreak of the COVID-19. Before the next Taiwan Intelligent Manufacturing Conference will be ready, HARTING would not stop. HARTING presents the “HARTING Experts Camp”. It is a series of web-seminars to promote the product information and connectivity solutions during this unprecedented times.
