HARTING for Transportation
Easy handling saves time and money
Under confined space conditions simple installation processes are crucial. HARTING solutions support and simplify the daily work of assembly technicians, thanks to their ease of use.
Space is scarce in rail vehicles.
HARTING plug & play connectors for the transmission of data, power and signals occupy only limited space. At the same time, these connectors must be surrounded by robust housings and, just as the cables, shielded against electromagnetic interference (EMC).
HARTING solutions support and simplify the daily work of assembly technicians, thanks to their ease of use.
Easy handling for Jumper Cable
With the Han® 24 HPR EasyCon short HARTING offers a jumper cable connector with more wiring space. The hood is divided into two parts, ensuring a user-friendly assembly process as well as a simple inspection of the cable and screen connections on the “open system”.
The customer benefits from more wiring space compared to the standard Han® HPR hood, making the connector an ideal solution for short wagon coupling. It allows the use of monobloc or Han-Modular® contact inserts in hoods/housings. Shield connection and strain relief are possible within the hood/housing.
More wiring space for Han® HPR interfaces
Using the adapter for Han® 16 and 24 HPR enlarged hoods and housings, you can enlarge the wiring space for these interfaces and increase the components' accessibility. The number of possible applications increases.
The solution is also compatible with standard Han® HPR bulkhead mounted housings and can be used with monobloc or Han-Modular® contact inserts.
