After-sales service: long-term support for your machine

After choosing a machine from HARTING Applied Technologie, we can provide you with our comprehensive after-sales service. Our internal pre-acceptance starts as soon as the machine is ready for transportation. Our experts carefully and painstakingly check the entire machine for mechanical, electrical and safety-related checkpoints.

The service technician performs the first part of the inspection by working through a detailed checklist covering aspects such as wiring and labelling. Mr. Droege and his team then inspect the safety aspects, including safety doors, emergency stop circuits and access security.

Once the internal pre-acceptance is complete, and provided there are no defects, we immediately inform the project manager about the positive status of the machine. The project manager can in turn directly contact you as the customer. You can then personally collect the fully operational machine from us. During this appointment, you also have the opportunity to discuss our spare parts and maintenance management.

As part of our spare parts management, we also give you a detailed parts list containing all potential spare parts. This is colour-coded using a traffic light system and has information on price, delivery time and probability of failure. This gives you the opportunity to decide for yourself which parts you would like to keep in stock for future repairs. We are also happy to discuss the annual maintenance of your machine.

Our after-sales service is ready to help you at any time even if unscheduled support is required. You can share any concerns you may have with our service hotline team or use the new ticket system to contact us.
